Your new role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dual-talented professional to take on the pivotal role of Custom Metals Project Manager/General Manager & Estimator for a plant in Cornwall.This is a unique, high-impact leadership position that blends strategic operations management with essential, hands-on technical responsibilities. You will lead thepany\'s daily operations while staying critically involved in project strategy, client engagement, estimating, and business development for both mechanical and custom fabrication projects.

What you\'ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate possesses the strategic acumen of a General Manager and the technical expertise of a senior Estimator/Project Manager.

Industry Depth: Proven, extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry (HVAC, plumbing, piping, or design-build) or heavy custom metal fabrication.

Progressive Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience, ideallybining project management, estimating, and leadership functions.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methods, mechanical systems, estimating best practices, and custom metal fabrication processes.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, andmunication abilities.

Dual Focus: The drive andfort level to manage teams and strategy while remaining actively hands-on with estimating and business development efforts.

Software Proficiency: Experience using estimating and project management software.
