You will be joining a dynamic Bath-based and prestigious institution.
Your new role
You will be expected to support your departmental team with the following duties:
- Handle enquiries via phone calls, in person requests and emails using Outlook
- Help coordinate and process reports using excel databases
- Coordinate meetings / book meeting rooms according to team availability.
- Assist with department buying – use bespoke buying systems
- Be an office anchor where visitors and colleagues can rely on you for their ad hoc administration.
- Be able to take efficient notes/minutes during meetings
- Greet and direct visits to the appropriate site/personnel.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Buying or finance background preferred.
- Have experience working as a PA or team business support.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software used with data administration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
