A leading IT infrastructure and services consultancy is seeking an experienced Contracts Project Manager 9-month contract Based in London Outside IR35 The Contracts Project Manager will support the UK Head of Contract Management in the delivery of effective contract management across the business, providing commercial, governance and legal operations support while contributing to the successful delivery of the contract management framework project.
Key Responsibilities Support to the UK Head of Contract Management, including administrative support and contribution to function objectives, priorities and reporting requirements.
Draft, review and support the negotiation of NDAs, contract changes, contractual correspondence and other commercial agreements.
Support governance, business and team activities by organising meetings and workshops, and preparing presentations, board pack content and training materials as required.
Support the delivery of the contract management framework project by preparing materials, coordinating inputs, tracking progress and maintaining clear project documentation.
Manage contract lifecycle management processes, including metadata transfer, contract uploads, records maintenance and associated administrative controls.
Collaborate with legal, commercial, finance and operational stakeholders to ensure contract information is accurate, accessible and aligned with business requirements.
