b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the delivery of hard FM and building services for a prestigious London contract, ensuring high service quality and operational performance. You will manage engineering teams, drive safety and compliance, and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth. You will work within a collaborative FM culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering value to the client. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Competitive salary /li li Benefits /li li Career progression /li li Exposure to high-profile environments /li li Collaborative and supportive working culture /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead the delivery of all hard FM and building services activities across the contract /li li Manage and develop engineering and operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery /li li Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded /li li Take ownership of contract budgets, P L performance and cost control /li li Drive health safety, environmental compliance and quality standards across the site /li li Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact /li li Identify and develop opportunities for service improvement and business growth /li li Lead recruitment, performance management and staff development activities /li li Produce operational reports and attend client review meetings /li li Ensure compliance with all statutory and contractual obligations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 5 years experience managing Hard Services FM contracts /li li Strong technical understanding of building services maintenance /li li Proven experience managing large commercial properties and FM contracts valued above 1.5m annually /li li Demonstrable experience managing budgets, P L and commercial performance /li li Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills /li li Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a facilities management environment /li li Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience /li li Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities /li /ul ul li Client-facing /li li Stakeholder management /li li Communication /li li Hard FM /li li Building services maintenance /li li Budgeting and P L management /li /ul
