Your new role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customer queries via telephone and email. You'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service and dealing with queries in a polite and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- You have worked previously in a customer service capacity and be comfortable speaking to customers at all levels.
- Previous call centre experience is highly desirable.
- Full training will be provided, but you'll understand the fundamentals of providing good customer service.
What you'll get in return
- This is a temporary role to start ASAP.
- The hourly rate for the role is £12.71 per hour, hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- There may be the opportunity to work overtime.
- Start at 9am, finish at 5.15pm, 45 minutes for lunch - there could be a little flexibility with start/finish times if required.
- The role is likely to last until 31/12/26 with a possible extension.
- One full competency in the role has been demonstrated, there will be an opportunity to work in a hybrid working model, which is 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
- Full competency is normally attained after 3-6 months in the role.
Please note that you will need to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check as part of the onboarding process.
