You will be joining a well-established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building and civil engineering projects across Northern Ireland. The business continues to expand, securing a healthy pipeline of work across commercial, residential and public-sector schemes. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new development based in County Armagh.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, oversee civils and structural works, monitor progress, maintain site records and liaise closely with clients, consultants and the internal project team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone confident in managing both building and civil engineering elements from groundworks through to completion.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within building and civils environments
  • Strong understanding of groundworks, structural works, concrete, steel, and general building packages
  • Strong communication, leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within programme constraints
  • CSR/CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid
