Your new role as a Construction Solicitor will involve:

  • Handling a varied caseload of complex construction matters.
  • Assisting with disputes, litigation, adjudication, and mediation.
  • Drafting and negotiating JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
  • Providing commercial, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base.
  • Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives.

What you will need to succeed:

  • 1-3 years PQE with experience in construction law.
  • Strong background in contentious construction matters, including TCC litigation and ADR.
  • Some experience with non-contentious work, including drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke contracts.
