Job Description
Global institutional financial services provider seeks a high calibre Compliance Analyst to join its exceptional Legal & Compliance team. The role reports to the EMEA compliance lead and counsel, closely partnering the front office with business lines spanning investment banking, institutional sales and private equity amongst others. The successful candidate will join a close-knit team in a role encompassing breadth of responsibility and exposure to senior stakeholders, with duties ranging from AML to trade surveillance, compliance monitoring and regulatory horizon scanning to review of contracts, NDA's and other legal documents. Candidates are sought from a wholesale financial services setting, sell or buy side, with at least one year's compliance experience strictly gained in a 2nd line of defence role. An educational background in law is preferred, though not essential if the quality of experience outweighs. Candidates need to be tenacious and bring energy to what is a very dynamic environment and fabulous platform for steep career growth.
