Reporting into a Senior HRBP, you will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation and management of compensation frameworks and benefits programmes across the organisation. This will include benchmarking, salary analysis and supporting annual reward cycles to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across a multi-country population.

You will also contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the global benefits offering, including administration, renewals and vendor management, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives. In addition, you will oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with statutory requirements, acting as a key point of contact for payroll while supporting data integrity and reporting across reward and HR systems.

Working closely with HR, Finance and external providers, you will play a key role in maintaining strong governance, improving processes and supporting data-driven decision making. You will also support job evaluation, grading and organisational design initiatives, providing guidance to managers and stakeholders on reward-related matters.

This is a varied role requiring strong compensation and benefits expertise alongside payroll exposure, ideally within a multi-country or international environment. You will bring experience in compensation benchmarking, reward analytics and benefits administration, with a solid understanding of UK reward practices and regulatory considerations.
