We are recruiting a qualified Multi-Skilled Plumber or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a core plumbing trade to support a static site. This is a hands-on role focused on reactive and planned maintenance, working as part of an on-site engineering team.
Key responsibilities:
- Reactive plumbing maintenance including toilet and sanitary repairs
- Planned maintenance tasks across the site
- Supporting an AC engineer with basic HVAC-related tasks where required
- General fabric or maintenance person works if qualified in an additional trade
- Working in line with site health and safety procedures
About you:
- Qualified Plumber or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a recognised trade qualification
- Experience in commercial maintenance environments
- DBS checked (or willing to complete)
- Additional trade experience such as fabric maintenance or general maintenance person work is advantageous
- Able to work effectively as part of a wider engineering team

- £23.80 / £27.50 per hour PAYE / Umbrella
- Secure contract through to the end of July
