Rate: £550-580 per day (Umbrella) Inside IR35

We are supporting a public sector organisation who are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support high-profile programmes across communications intelligence and professional services on a 12-month interim contract. This is a critical role, working closely with senior commercial stakeholders, managing complex procurements and ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the life cycle.

Your new role

  • Lead and support complex, high-value procurements end-to-end
  • Advise stakeholders on commercial strategy, routes to market, and contract management
  • Manage transactions through governance and assurance processes
  • Develop and maintain commercial pipelines, records, and savings tracking
  • Deliver commercial assurance aligned to public sector spend controls
  • Support supplier management and contract delivery across key programmes
