Commercial Maintenance Plumber – North Yorkshire & MaltonSalary: £34,000 – £36,000 + Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team, delivering high-quality reactive property maintenance across commercial sites in the North Yorkshire and Malton region.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance tasks across various commercial buildings. This is a mobile role, suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities

• Responding to reactive maintenance tasks on commercial properties
• Completing plumbing repairs, replacements, and general maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with compliance requirements
• Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing
• Experience in commercial property maintenance (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and time-management skills
