Your new role
You will take a lead role in the design and technical delivery of architectural projects, working across a variety of sectors. This position will suit a design-focused professional with strong technical capability and proven experience in project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing projects from inception through to completion
Producing and coordinating detailed drawings and specifications
Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff (Part I & II Assistants)
Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Supporting business development through networking and existing client relationships
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with regulations
What you'll need to succeed
ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with 5+ years' post-Part III UK experience
Strong experience working in a project delivery role
Proven ability in client-facing and networking activities
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience within the commercial and/or education sectors (desirable)
Proficiency in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work
