Your new company
Our client is an award-winning, Liverpool-based firm who are currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Team Leader to join on a hybrid basis. The office is easily accessible by public transport and has nearby parking.
Your new role
This Clinical Negligence Team Leader role will see you handle your own high-quality caseload of clinical negligence files ranging in value. Alongside your own caseload, you will be responsible for the supervision and support of lawyers in your team. This will involve allocating cases, setting targets, conducting performance reviews, absence leave/cover and training of junior staff. You will report to the Head of Department.
What you\’ll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, but those with suitable non-qualified experience may also be considered. You must have at least 8 years\’ experience running your own caseload of clinical negligence claims. Applicants must have experience of complex, high-value clinical negligence work. Successful applicants will have some level of supervisory experience and must have a keen interest in securing a team leader role.
