You will handle a broad base of work including pre-issue and litigated cases. You will draft witness statements, review medical reports, instruct experts and liaise with Counsel. Working within the wider team, you can look forward to plenty of training and development.What you'll need to succeedYou should be a clinical negligence lawyer at NQ level or with up to 3 years' PQE.
