Your new companyHMP Eastwood Park is a Women’s Closed Category Prison, and is in Falfield, South Gloucestershire. The prison is run by His Majesty’s Prison Service.
Your new roleIn your new role as a cleaning operative, you will be carrying out general cleaning duties throughout the prison site (not wings):
Shift pattern (Part-time hours- 22.5 per week-Monday to Friday) Or full-time hours available- 37-39hrs per week.
Your hourly rates are as follows and inclusive of holidays:
Standard: £13.82 P/ Hour
What you’ll need to succeed
Your new role does not require any experience as full training is provided. However, experience would be beneficial. A good understanding of chemical colour coding (COSHH). You will need to have strong communication skills, be hard-working, and practical. In order to be successful, you’ll also need to pass a security clearance procedure due to the nature of the role and provide satisfactory references that cover the last 3 years of employment.
