We’re seeking an experienced Civils Foreman/Supervisor to support major UK infrastructure projects across highways, tunnels and bridge construction. This role suits someone who thrives on leading teams, driving productivity and maintaining high safety and quality standards on complex civils schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising day-to-day site operations across highways, tunnel works and bridge structures
  • Coordinating labour, plant and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely, in line with RAMS and project procedures
  • Monitoring progress, reporting issues and supporting the site management team
  • Maintaining quality standards and ensuring works meet design specifications
  • Problem-solving on site and providing clear direction to the workforce
  • Supporting planning of upcoming works and ensuring materials and resources are in place

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Civils Foreman/Supervisor on highways, tunnels or bridge projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage site teams
  • Solid understanding of civils construction methods and sequencing
  • CSCS essential; SSSTS/SMSTS highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
