We are investing in the expansion of our Enterprise Technology business, and SAP is the next major area of growth. To lead this, we are seeking a Business Manager or Business Director with deep expertise in the SAP recruitment market.

We need a proven leader with the gravitas, credibility and market knowledge to immediately plug into the SAP ecosystem and shape the strategy from day one.

  • A strong SAP recruitment background with a clear understanding of modules, technologies, talent pools, and client landscapes
  • ~4–5+ years’ experience in SAP or wider enterprise tech recruitment
  • Proven experience building client relationships, winning large accounts, and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ambition, commercial edge and the desire to create something new within a major organisation
