A leading financial services firm with an international footprint is hiring a Global Benefits & Payroll Implementation Lead to deliver a key transformation programme across its global benefits offering. Known for its collaborative culture and continued investment in its people strategy, the organisation is implementing a global benefits platform alongside a supporting payroll managed service to enhance consistency, governance and colleague experience.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will take ownership of a global programme focused on the design and delivery of a modern, scalable benefits platform, from business case through to supplier selection and implementation. You will oversee a phased global rollout, ensuring benefits are consistent and competitive while maintaining local market relevance and compliance. Alongside this, you will lead the implementation of a global payroll managed service to support the wider benefits infrastructure.
You will establish programme governance, manage executive reporting, and oversee vendor selection and delivery. Working closely with HR, Reward, Finance and IT, you will ensure seamless integration between benefits and payroll systems, leading implementation while driving improvements in employee experience, data quality and operational efficiency.
This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role requiring strong programme management and stakeholder engagement skills. You will bring experience in global benefits design and/or implementation within a complex international environment, alongside exposure to payroll transformation. You will be confident leading vendor-led implementations, managing competing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders. A strong understanding of global benefits practices, along with compliance and governance considerations, is key.
