The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for shaping, designing and assuring end-to-end telecom solutions that are aligned with the client's strategy, Enterprise Architecture principles, and the UK Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) together with associated Codes of Practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of business cases including security impacts, remediation costs and implementation considerations.
- Building and maintaining architectural knowledge repositories relating to telecom security, TSA compliance and network architecture.
- Focusing on network segmentation, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), logging and monitoring, encryption and backup controls.
- Collaborating with CIO Architecture, Cyber Security and IT stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment across telecom and enterprise systems.
- Supporting telecom security transformation programmes and remediation activities in fixed and mobile network areas.
