- You'll be supporting the wider client engagement and property management team with the below:
- Provide administrative support to the property team
- Register new clients and assist the property team by directing them accordingly
- Prepare property brochures and coordinate marketing activity
- Manage diaries and liaise with clients
- Maintain accurate client records and internal systems
- Support invoicing, payments and debt management
- Handle compliance processes
- Keep office displays and systems up to date
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as required

- Experience in an administrative role required, property experience is a bonus.
