About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to support and modernise our Travel Plan. This position plays a vital role in digitising existing processes, enhancing reporting capability, and delivering analytical insights. As a central coordinator, you will work closely with internal teams, external travel partners, and the wider workforce to improve travel-related operations across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process improvement, data reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and helping shape how employees travel to and around the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Issuing parking permits and managing appeals.
- Delivering weekly reporting using spreadsheets, including tracking through Ezit and LiftShare.
- Supporting the digitisation of the Travel Plan and all associated processes.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements, applying a “fresh eyes” approach to existing workflows.
- Working collaboratively with the Travel Officer, employees, agency workers, and external transport partners.
- Promoting alternative travel options and partnering with the Communications team to support adoption.
- Carrying out general data entry and administrative tasks related to travel analytics.
