We are currently recruiting for three experienced Systems Integration Engineers to join a high-performing Total Vehicle Validation & Integration team supporting programmes for a prestigious, ultra-luxury automotive manufacturer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of low-volume, high-complexity vehicles, where quality, craftsmanship and engineering precision are critical.

As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicle systems are fully validated, production-ready, and meet exacting standards. Working at the interface of engineering and manufacturing, you will help ensure seamless integration into a bespoke, highly refined production environment.

  • Ensure all product variants are buildable and production-capable
  • Assess system performance including fit, function, quality and customer-relevant characteristics
  • Analyse and resolve integration and production issues using structured problem-solving tools
  • Carry out tolerance and feasibility analysis to support product and process optimisation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and drive effective resolution
  • Ensure alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing capability
  • Contribute to planning, reporting, and programme delivery

Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment, supported by a degree, HND or equivalent experience. Opportunity to support a globally recognised luxury automotive brand.
