We are currently recruiting for three experienced Systems Integration Engineers to join a high-performing Total Vehicle Validation & Integration team supporting programmes for a prestigious, ultra-luxury automotive manufacturer. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of low-volume, high-complexity vehicles, where quality, craftsmanship and engineering precision are critical.
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that vehicle systems are fully validated, production-ready, and meet exacting standards. Working at the interface of engineering and manufacturing, you will help ensure seamless integration into a bespoke, highly refined production environment.
- Ensure all product variants are buildable and production-capable
- Assess system performance including fit, function, quality and customer-relevant characteristics
- Analyse and resolve integration and production issues using structured problem-solving tools
- Carry out tolerance and feasibility analysis to support product and process optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and drive effective resolution
- Ensure alignment between engineering intent and manufacturing capability
- Contribute to planning, reporting, and programme delivery
