This temporary role has arisen due to sick leave, and the team requires someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
Your new role: Reporting to the Service Planning Manager, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day service operations:
- Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
- Processing service requests and logging jobs accurately
