A leading global organisation within supply chain and operational solutions is seeking a Project Operations Implementation Coordinator to join their growing team. Supporting clients across manufacturing, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, the business delivers tailored solutions and is experiencing continued growth.

- Location: Chesterfield | Hybrid Working | £32,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance
- Temporary for 6-12 months then subject to discretion could be permanent
- Full time hours Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week 8.30 - 5pm
- Hybrid working available office based minimum in Chesterfield 3 days a week
- Immediate start required
The successful candidate will live close to the Chesterfield area and be able to start work ASAP due to the immediate start required. Own vehicle will be required due to travel.
Your new roleAs a Project Operations Implementation Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of client projects from initial handover through to completion. You will work closely with internal teams across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions, as well as liaising directly with external clients. The role will involve coordinating project activity, supporting on-site implementations and ensuring high standards of service delivery throughout.
Key responsibilities will include:- Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of projects
- Supporting implementation activity both remotely and on client sites
- Managing timelines, updates, and project documentation
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Supporting the resolution of issues to ensure smooth delivery
- Attending client sites (typically 1-2 days every other week)
- Aftersale management of vending and asset management solutions
- Extensive stakeholder liaison and internal departmental liaison
- Capturing and management of implementation data and documents
- Customer engagement
- Operations administration and reporting
Knowledge of MS Office to an excellent level is required. Knowledge of VIM, DLF, kanban systems would be useful but not essential.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get involved in hands-on project delivery. Training will be given. This role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as:
- Project coordination
- Operations or service administration
- Supply chain
- Installation or logistics coordination
- Customer or account management
You will also demonstrate:

- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to travel requirements. (Overnight travel in the UK is likely to be 2 nights bi-weekly)

- £474 per month car allowance plus mileage available
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home - subject to site visits)
