Permanent | Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Your new role: In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries and proactively identifying opportunities to increase revenue across existing accounts.

  • Managing incoming customer queries via phone and email, processing and confirming orders accurately.
  • Building and developing relationships with existing customers to maximise account potential.
  • Monitoring open orders and proactively resolving any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
