Your new role As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering marketing activity across the business, supporting brand growth, lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Duties Planning and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns Creating and managing engaging content across digital and offline platforms Maintaining and updating the company website and online presence Developing and scheduling social media content across key channels Coordinating email marketing campaigns and customer communications Supporting product launches and new market initiatives Monitoring campaign performance and producing monthly reports and insights Managing marketing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are achieved Supporting internal communications and employer branding activities Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials Assisting with market research, competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring Collaborating with sales teams to develop lead generation and customer retention campaigns Managing marketing budgets and tracking campaign expenditure Supporting the implementation of new marketing systems, processes and technologies
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Senior Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive position, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, industrial or B2B environment. You'll have excellent organisational skills, be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, content creation and marketing analytics is essential. A proactive approach, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships across the business will be key to your success.
