Your new role involves playing a key role in optimising manufacturing processes, improving material performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. You will work closely with production, quality, and design teams to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing outputs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Selecting and evaluating materials to meet product and performance requirements
- Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process and material issues
- Supporting new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material compliance and performance
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
