Your new role involves playing a key role in optimising manufacturing processes, improving material performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
- Selecting and evaluating materials to meet product and performance requirements
- Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process and material issues
- Supporting new product introduction (NPI) and process validation activities
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material compliance and performance
