Are you detail-driven, data-savvy, and passionate about delivering high-quality HR operations? We’re looking for a Human Resources Data Specialist to join our HR Capability Center team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee time, absence, and leave data across the EMEA region.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on in Workday Human Capital Management, supporting employees and managers, maintaining compliance, and contributing to smooth HR and payroll operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer and maintain all time off, time tracking, and leave of absence transactions in Workday, including approvals and backdated entries.
- Safeguard the integrity of employee information, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and payroll deadlines.
- Communicate with employees to support smooth leave transitions and share essential updates between employees, managers, HR Advisors, and Reward Specialists.
- Monitor return-to-work actions and follow up with managers across all EMEA countries.
- Review data reports, correct discrepancies, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Troubleshoot time and absence-related issues and escalate when appropriate.
- Provide feedback to Reward Specialists based on market insights to support policy improvement.
- Generate pre-defined employment letters when needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, particularly regarding medical documentation.
- Recommend process improvements, document updates, and enhance process maps as needed.
- Support ad-hoc projects and contribute to ongoing operational excellence.
- Partner with Rewards Specialists and HR Advisors to ensure knowledge content on internal platforms remains accurate and up-to-date.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Work Day and Service now.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and confidence working with data.
- Experience with HRIS/HCM systems.
- Additional languages beyond English (German, Spanish, or French) are highly desirable.
