Your new role as Construction Project Manager will require you to oversee, design and deliver a new-build industrial unit in Wrexham. You will be required to develop a brief, procure and deliver the project, ensuring all stakeholders are kept up-to-date. The role will require you to work between the office in Liverpool and to also have a presence on site in Wrexham.
What you'll need to succeed: You will be an experienced construction Project Manager, ideally holding membership in the APM, CIOB, RICS, CABE etc. and will have knowledge of the RIBA stages of construction.
