An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a unique global business that operates in the genetics and R&D space, on a part-time (3 days), temporary to permanent basis. You will play a key part in supporting the HR Advisor with a range of HR administrative and manual tasks, ensuring the HR function remains compliant, organised and up to date.
- Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Scanning, filing and shredding paper‑based HR documents
- Data entry and maintaining accurate HR records
- Drafting and issuing offer letters and standard HR correspondence
- Supporting general HR administration, ensuring all information is handled confidentially
You will report directly to the HR Advisor and work closely with them day‑to‑day.
Strong HR administration experience within an office environment.
Ability to utilise Microsoft Excel and other IT packages.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage manual, process‑driven tasks.
Accuracy, attention to detail and confidence working with data.
