We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker / Flagger and Flagger's mate to join a busy social housing team working on planned and reactive maintenance projects across residential properties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in groundwork and paving who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within occupied social housing.
Your new role:
- Carry out general groundwork duties including:
- Flagging, slabbing, and paving repairs/replacements
- Concreting and trenching works
- Drainage and external repairs
- Work on pathways, gardens, and communal outdoor areas
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Deliver work to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
- Liaise professionally with tenants and site supervisors
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker / Flagger (essential)
- Experience working within social housing or occupied properties
- Full UK driving licence
