A fast-paced, national organisation is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, is highly organised, and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

You’ll be supporting a busy internal recruitment function responsible for UK-wide hiring across operational and managerial roles. The team has recently undergone significant organisational change, resulting in a surge of new vacancies and increased demand.

You will be involved in:

  • Managing a high volume of vacancies
  • Using an ATS
  • Screening applications and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinating and booking interviews
  • Running recruitment reports
  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Supporting recruitment activity across a range of locations and settings
  • Handling UK-wide roles

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to get on with things. The hiring manager is managing a huge national remit, so you’ll need to be confident, proactive, and able to work independently.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment administration
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confidence using ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
  • A self-sufficient approach
  • Ability to start immediately
