We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Finishing Snagger / Operative to provide temporary cover on a busy new build housing development in Crewe. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong eye for quality and experience in finishing works on residential sites.
Your new role:
- Carrying out snagging and finishing works on completed plots
- Completing minor repairs across trades (e.g. carpentry, painting, patch plastering, mastic work)
- Ensuring all properties meet high quality standards prior to handover
- Working from snagging lists and closing out defects efficiently
- Liaising with site management and other trades on-site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in a similar snagging or finishing role on new build housing sites
- Multi-trade skill set (e.g. basic joinery, painting, plaster patching, tiling, etc.)
- Own tools and PPE
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and able to hit the ground running
