We're looking for an experienced Integration Team Lead (MuleSoft) to join a growing IT function within a well-established, multi-brand environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, balancing hands-on development with team leadership, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
As Integration Team Lead, you'll:
- Lead and mentor a small team of developers/integration specialists
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements
- Design and deliver robust, scalable integration solutions
- Produce clear technical specifications and interface designs
- Contribute hands-on to development where needed
- Drive best practice across coding, quality, and DevOps
- Support deployment and ongoing optimisation of integrations
