Your new company A well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Liverpool is seeking an Engineering Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team. Your new role As Engineering Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the engineering and operations teams, ensuring documentation, reports and schedules are maintained accurately. You will act as a central point of contact within the department, helping to coordinate projects, process documentation and support the smooth running of day-to-day engineering activities. Providing administrative support to the Engineering and Operations teams. Maintaining engineering records, documentation and technical files. Preparing reports, spreadsheets and project documentation. Scheduling meetings and coordinating engineer diaries. Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required. Updating internal systems and databases with accurate information. Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders. Supporting project delivery by tracking progress and ensuring documentation is up to date. Assisting with compliance, quality and health & safety administration. Handling incoming enquiries and directing requests appropriately. What you need to succeed Previous experience within an Administration or Coordinator position. Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, construction or technical environment would be advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Confident communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. A proactive and professional approach to work. What you'll get in return Competitive hourly rate.
