Client-side Building Surveyor opportunity based in Cheshire. Your role is to support the Building Surveying team in delivering a range of surveying, inspection, project management, dilapidation, contract administration services and maintenance projects across the commercial sector. The role involves assisting with site inspections, preparing reports, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with building inspections and condition surveys.
- Record building defects and identify potential maintenance requirements.
- Assist in preparing schedules of condition, dilapidations, and specifications.
- Support the delivery of maintenance projects.
- Assist with preparing project documentation, specifications, and tender information.
- Monitor project progress and report on programme performance.
- Attend site meetings and contribute to project discussions.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualification in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- Membership or working towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
