A growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, analysing variances, maintaining accurate stock valuations, and supporting costing processes across the business. Working closely with finance, production, and warehouse teams, you will also support budgeting, forecasting, stock reconciliations, audits, and ERP reporting.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have previous experience within a manufacturing environment, strong cost accounting knowledge, and excellent analytical skills. You will also have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines while communicating effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
