You will be joining an established company that is expanding their team with an Associate Director / Director in Lease Advisory. This is a fantastic new opportunity where you could grow a team / department around you.
To provide lease advisory services to existing and new landlord and tenant clients to include rent reviews, lease renewals and regears, across the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors, with a North West/North Wales focus. An opportunity to lead the lease advisory team and seek to grow the department and instructions.
Requirements:
- MRICS
- PQE - at least 5 plus years in lease advisory work
- Experience of acting as an Expert Witness would be preferable
