Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Change Management & TUPE, to join a national charitable organisation, on a 9-month fixed term contract initially, to support with an upcoming project. Your New Role As a Change Management Business Partner, you will lead the implementation of a large-scale TUPE transfer. Working closely with the HR team, you will design and execute end-to-end processes from tendering to transformational organisational design. Your role will ensure high engagement, clarity of purpose, and effective implementation of change management strategies. (Occasional travel to Liverpool). Your Responsibilities: * Manage the end-to-end TUPE, organisational change, and associated projects, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved on time. * Provide organisational design expertise and lead changes for designated services. * Analyse organisational structures, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and co-create solutions to meet objectives. * Take a holistic approach to TUPE and change management, considering risks and potential impacts. * Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the change process. * Lead change management activities, including impact assessments, planning, consultation, and organisational change processes. * Collaborate with Senior People Partners and the leadership team to plan and implement changes effectively. What You Will Need to Succeed: * Significant leadership experience in a senior HR role with a proven record of delivering through others. * Strong record in HR service delivery and change management, including complex TUPE. * Extensive experience of leading and coaching HR teams. * Proven success in delivering organisational design projects. * Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders on strategic and operational people issues. * CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
