An exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing professional to join a leading housing association based in Edinburgh.

Location: Leith, Edinburgh (5 Days in office)

2-month fixed-term contract.

You will support the delivery of our asset investment and business planning activities, helping to analyse data, develop plans, and ensure investment programmes align with strategic priorities.

  • Support asset investment and stock condition programmes
  • Assist with business planning and financial modelling
  • Analyse performance and investment data

Experience in investment planning, asset management, or a similar role (housing or public sector preferred).
