As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for significant work packages, supporting the Commercial Manager and leading the commercial function on site. You will be involved from pre-contract through to final account. Full commercial management of civil engineering works packages Procurement and contract administration of subcontractors Management of change, compensation events, and variations Preparation and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff Ensuring robust commercial governance and compliance with company procedures About YouYou will be an experienced commercially focused professional with a strong background in heavy civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
