Retail Organisation looking to hire a Category Manager for its growing business.

Your new role

  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluation, negotiating for best VFM
  • Analysing sales and market data to identify trends to develop category strategies
  • Developing strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Analysing key metrics to identify sourcing gaps, develop and implement strategies to improve category performance
  • Fostering strong relationships with companywide stakeholders

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Hands-on Procurement experience within homeware i.e. dining, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom mandatory
  • Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop category strategies
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills – the right culture fit is crucial
  • Proactive, flexible and adaptable, attention to detail, team player mentality (willing to help and mentor team members)
