Responsibilities: Development of category procurement strategies to clearly demonstrate and seek approval from stakeholders on how a product / service will be strategically procured.
Undertake request for proposals (RFP) applying a balanced scorecard approach to select suppliers based upon criteria which is relevant to client's and business objectives.
Drafting of recommendations (business case), for approval to demonstrate how and why a supplier has been selected.
The must haves: Experience in Travel and HR, including strong knowledge of IR35 requirements.
Experience with travel-related procurement categories is an advantage.
Oracle Fusion (ERP) experience Professionalism and good corporate governance.
Enthusiasm and excellent collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of business and supply chain.
Excellent analytical skills to drive the right decisions and outcomes.
Confident and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
