A well‑established residential developer is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support ongoing new‑build housing projects in the Carlisle area. Your new role
- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of new-build housing units, maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and programme performance.
- Assisting with day‑to‑day site operations across a live housing development.
- Supporting the coordination of subcontractors and trades.
- Monitoring build quality in line with NHBC and company standards.
- Ensuring site safety compliance and maintaining accurate site records.
