Your new role
You will deliver a full spectrum of professional and project-based building surveying services, including detailed building surveys, defect diagnosis, specification writing, and contract administration from inception to completion. You will lead on technical matters such as dilapidations, PPM schedules, condition surveys, RCAs, and Party Wall instructions, while also providing technical due diligence to clients. You will act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015 and play a key part in maintaining and growing client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- MRICS qualification (essential).
- Proven experience delivering both professional and project-led building surveying work.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage clients, contractors, and stakeholders confidently.
- Experience with AutoCAD/NBS is desirable but not essential.
