A well established & rapidly growing Groundworks and RC Frame contractor supported by over 40 years of expertise across construction, demolition, civil engineering, enabling works, reclamation, and building material supply. Working for a number of established tier one and two contractors, schemes are typically in the Kent & Sussex area, package values are typically in the £500k - £2 million range.
Working as 1 of 2 Estimators as part of a larger commercial team, you will play a key role in helping the division continue its growth. Supporting competitive tenders across groundworks and RC frame packages (typically £500 - £2 million).
You will be a detail-driven, organised and proactive individual with strong technical understanding. You will have a background within the groundwork/civil sector and have strong previous experience of working in a similar role as an Estimator/Senior Estimator. You should be literate and comfortable working with estimating software (Causeway/Bluebeam).
This is a long-term permanent opportunity, office based in East Kent. A competitive salary and package based on experience along with long-term career prospects within a multidisciplinary group.
