Electrical ManagerLocation: Peterborough Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Manager to join a well-established and growing construction and building services organisation. This role will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company procedures. Manage and oversee multiple electrical projects across various sectors. Lead and support electrical supervisors, site managers, electricians, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme requirements, budgets, and quality expectations. Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety legislation, and company standards. Attend client meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews. Resolve technical and operational issues throughout project delivery. Support estimating and pre-construction teams where required. Carry out performance reviews and provide mentoring and development for team members. Proven experience in an Electrical Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, or Senior Electrical Supervisor position. Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical installations. Excellent understanding of electrical regulations and health & safety requirements. Experience managing multiple projects and site-based teams. Full UK Driving Licence. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent. ~ City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications. ~ SMSTS or SSSTS. ~ Competitive salary of Β£50,000 - Β£55,000. Company vehicle or car allowance.
