Job Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme within a global clinical operations environment. This role will focus on driving the successful adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working across a large-scale business transformation initiative.
Contract Details
- Location: Cambridge (hybrid β once per week on-site)
- Contract Length: 12 months (with visibility to extend)
- Rate: Β£500 per day LTD/Umbrella
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation and embedding of change activities across a large-scale transformation programme.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop strategies to support successful adoption.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and support throughout the change journey.
- Design and deliver change interventions, engagement activities and communications plans.
- Create high-quality change management content and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Partner with programme and project teams to ensure change activities are aligned with programme objectives.
- Monitor and measure change adoption, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering change management within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and proactive approach, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments.
- Experience in a business-related or scientific discipline
